Our store is hosted by Squarespace, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. By visiting and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our ‘‘services’’ and agree to be bound by the following terms and contitions.

Sizing & Exchanges

-At Kay Jewellery Design, we highly recommend taking the time to get professionally sized if there is any doubt about your ring size. It's important to note that we do not process returns for incorrect sizing. Not sure about your ring size? Check out our ring size guide

-Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, all purchases are non-refundable.

-We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items you change your mind about.

-If you have any questions before you make a purchase, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help! Please use the contact page to get in touch! 

Modifications

-Our product prices may change unexpectedly because of the costs of materials and other factors can change. We may change or stop selling the products on our website at any time without notice.

-We can change these products at any time by posting updates on our website. You should check our website regularly for any changes.

-We shall not be liable to you for any modifications, price change or suspension of the products.

Billing and Account information

-We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order.
-You must give accurate information when making purchases at our store. Also, keep your account, email, and credit card details up to date so we can process your transactions and get in touch with you when necessary.

Repairs

-If your piece from Kay Jewellery Design needs fixing, please email us at kayjewellerydesign@inbox.lv for help. Repair fees depend on each situation. We don't cover damaged or cracked stones.

Shipping


Our in-stock products will be shipped within 2-7 days and as for our made-to-order items, they will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. Please check product descriptions for details.

-At Kay Jewellery Design, we cannot be held responsible for the following situations:
1. Incorrect or invalid address input at the checkout.
2. Customs/import taxes in your country or any restrictions regarding parcel delivery from Cyprus.
3. If your parcel is sent back due to any of the above reasons, you will be responsible for covering the extra shipping/return costs. Please be sure to check the customs/import taxes in your country and any restrictions on receiving international parcels from Cyprus.
-Additionally, we are not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. If you are concerned, please contact us to discuss purchasing insurance for your package.

  • Is the Sterling Silver jewellery solid or plated? All of our Sterling Silver jewellery is solid and not plated.

  • Can I buy Pendant necklaces without the chain?
    -Yes, you can. Just use the code NOCHAIN when checking out, and your order will be discounted. You will receive the pendant without the chain.
